Well, I survived the night. I really need to start going to bed earlier.


I’m not sore from my walk last night. Can’t wait to go again today. Heather and Mommy are taking the girls this afternoon to the TN Aquarium. I’ll be headed there after they get done at physical therapy for Mommy. I have some more work I need to get done and it’s MUCH easier to do it when I don’t have kids hanging off of me. ; )


I’m not sure what I’m having for breakfast. I’m considering cream of wheat…


Once again I’m proud. Both girls are up, happy and dressed, even if I can’t find Sam’s other boot. She seems happy wandering around as a peg-leg for the moment.

Cream of wheat with some butter, brown sugar and honey. Yum! I even managed to get Sam to eat a banana while I made breakfast! That’s quite a feat. This kid doesn’t like to stop running long enough to eat anything.

Vegetable stew for lunch with a buttered biscuit. Yummy!

Ugh. It’s so hard to quit at just one. When I eat something good it takes everything I’ve got not to eat another. One was great, wouldn’t two be better? NO! I’ve heard that brushing your teeth after everything you eat helps curb the munching. I think I’ll pick up another toothbrush/toothpaste to keep downstairs and give it a shot.

Walked about .5 mile with Valerie, Xander, Mia and my girls at the Greenway this evening. Ended up with all 4 kids (all under 3) on my BOB stroller. Good thing they’re all small!

After our walk Aaron met us at the CK for waffle night. I had 1.25 waffles with strawberry topping on one of them. The other .25 was fed to me by Samantha. I shouldn’t have had the grape soda but I didn’t drink it all! I’m down to .5 points left for today on my Weight Watchers and I still have some abs exercises I need to do before bed.

I said NO! to the pizza sitting on the counter! Woohoo! I’m such a snacker/grazer. It’s horrible. But I’m proud of myself. I thought of grabbing it and caught myself before I did. Then I went in the living room and did my resistance exercises instead.
